Our  Mission:

  • Aid diagnosis and promote optimal treatment pathways for those with dementia and related diseases.
  • Provide education, resources and support for those affected with memory loss and their families.
  • Become a team-member with you and your family to optimize you and your families well-being and independence.

We provide a team approach to the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of memory problems.  Each patient is seen and evaluated by a team of memory professionals, consisting of a physician, a neuropsychologist and medical/clinical social workers.

You will be offered tailored treatment, including educational resources to manage day-to-day living as independently as possible.

Provide support, education and guidance to individuals and families whose loved ones are struggling with memory difficulty.
